Bought a used Cadillac here and had a few issues when we got it home. The staff were great and helped out. Two people were especially amazing, Mo Ali and Hays. They went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and were able to solve the issues in a quick and caring manor. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who likes being treated with respect and like a valued customer!

This review is to thank the service department of Downtown Dueck for help with the issues I've had with a recurring problem with my 2015 Corvette Z51. It's a truck related problem where the AFM valve actuators in the exhaust burn out due the sustained high heat caused while on track. Unlike most high performance car manufactures GM warranties the Corvette while on tract so I have had the actuators replaced 4 or 5 times now under warranty. But it's still a pain in the rear to go through taking your car in so much for this problem, plus my warranty is up in the fall of this year, so no more freebies after that. The service department lead by Adrian the service manager down to the tech that does the work have been very open to thinking outside the box and working with me to try different solutions to fix the problem permanently. The first couple of tries have not been successful but now I have purchased an fix. Time will tell if this part is the solution or not, but the willingness to work with me and not refuse to try anything that isn't in their service manuals is what I am so impressed with.

Great experience with Matthew at Dueck. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and will work with your needs. He takes the time to explain the little details and features which I really appreciate. He got us a great price too! We'll be coming back in a few years for our next car for sure!!

Best service ever! Aleksandar from the body shop took care of everything and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. He was available to answer all of my questions and was so patient explaining everything to me. As for the fix itself my car looks so much better than it did before. Not only did they fix what was broken but they detailed the interior and the exterior. My car looked brand new. I will never go see anybody else for any car service. 10/10, 100/100 recommended them.

Edgar gave my wife and I exemplary service. When it comes time to take delivery he patiently spent a great deal of time making sure we had all our questions answered, showing and explaining all options and how they worked. My experience at Dueck GM on Marine was fantastic!! I worked with John Centanni for a few months to find the right vehicle for our family. Due to COVID, inventory was extremely low but John didn't give up and eventually was able to get exactly what we were looking for. The effort he put in for us was appreciated so much and will never be forgotten!! The entire purchasing process (financing paperwork to the vehicle walk through) was quick and effortless! Bonnie was wonderful with the financing portion and explained the financing and warranty details very thoroughly. Mike, who did the vehicle walk through, is very knowledgeable on their inventory and went through the vehicle features in great detail. Will most definitely return to Dueck GM on Marine when we are in need of another new vehicle!!

Yesterday, as a visitor from Alberta, I arrived at your dealership with my 2021 Tahoe for assistance with a low oil level message on my DIC. I met Samuel Chan who quickly check with 'the Tower' and advised me that this could be investigated shortly. An hour later, I was on my way out of the dealership with the assurance that nothing abnormal caused my low oil level including a leak, my oil was topped up, and my vehicle was washed! I also got to interact with a few other Dueck employees during my short wait time. I received excellent service from all in a friendly and exceedingly time manner and I appreciate very much the great service and reassurances as I continue my time in the lower mainland. Samuel quarterbacked a great experience for me.

Just wanted to say how happy I am with the word done on my Colorado. This time and in the past. As well as my previous cars.
