Dueck Auto Group continues to focus on the health and safety of our customers and employees during this time of high risk exposure to COVID-19.

As part of our new procedures, we are now offering a "No Contact Service Experience" that is available to service customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Use of Key Drop box anytime of day. Drop box located outside the service doors.
  • Our staff will communicate with you via phone or text.
  • Your key will be sanitized and placed in a sealed bag for the duration and all touch-points in and around your vehicle will be sanitized.

Sales Delivery

  • Our sales department will take appointments by phone, email and the internet.
  • Sales protocol is to stagger appointments throughout the day. We are available by phone, text messaging, Facebook messaging, and our websites.
  • We are prepared to bring test drive vehicles directly to you. Ask our sales team for more info.
